2. Refund Process

3. Non-Refundable Items

Any other fees or purchases outside of ticket booking (such as merchandise, VIP packages, etc.).
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds, when applicable, will be Credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
